How do I get started with MyBlend?
Create or sign in to your MyBlend account, then choose the subscription style that best suits your ritual. You can begin with a smaller introduction or select a fuller monthly supply, depending on how often you enjoy coffee at home.

Once subscribed, you will be able to customise your blend during each monthly blending window.
Which package should I choose?
For most daily coffee drinkers, a regular monthly supply is the most suitable choice. If you usually enjoy one or two cups a day, begin with the standard subscription.

If you drink coffee less often, or would like to experience MyBlend before committing to a fuller quantity, choose one of the smaller introduction formats.

For households, entertaining, or a more generous daily ritual, we recommend allowing approximately 2kg per person each month.

How does blend customisation work?
Each month, you can shape your coffee by choosing from a curated selection of beans, origins, and flavour profiles. MyBlend allows you to create something personal without needing technical coffee knowledge.

You can explore freely, return to a previous blend, or let our Blend Assistant guide your next refinement.

How does the customization process work?
Each month, your blending window opens on the 6th and closes on the 14th. During this time, you can refine your upcoming blend through your MyBlend account or app.

If you do not make changes during the window, we will either repeat your previous blend or prepare a considered selection based on your saved preferences.

How easy is it to subscribe and manage my coffee delivery?
Your subscription can be managed from your MyBlend account. You can update your details, review your subscription, and refine your blend during the monthly customisation window.

The experience is designed to be simple, discreet, and easy to return to whenever you need it.
How do I receive my coffee every month?
Once your monthly blend has been finalised, it is prepared and delivered to your chosen address. You will receive updates as your order progresses, so the experience remains clear without needing constant checking.

What makes MyBlend's coffee unique?
MyBlend is built around personal composition. Rather than receiving the same fixed coffee each month, you can shape your blend from a curated selection of beans and flavour profiles.
