Refund policy

Only incorrect items can be refunded, given that the items are tailor made to each customer's specific coffee blends. 

Before the start of the customisation period (please refer to the website for the up-to-date dates. At the time of writing this document, the start date is the 5th of every month), customer can cancel their subscription. However any cancellation request after that date will be effective from the next cycle (subscription will be cancelled from the month after).
